This is a compact nut block designed to fit snugly into a single V-slot groove on 20-series aluminum extrusions.
Unlike full-width nuts or sliding T-nuts, this part is a small printable insert that provides a secure mounting point where space is tight.
It can be used with heat-set inserts or direct plastic threading, depending on your strength requirements.

Usage

Print the desired size (M3 or M4).

Heat a brass insert (size listed with file) and press it into the central hole.

Slide the nut into the V-slot groove — it should sit flush and secure.

Insert and tighten your screw as needed.
