For joining my Skadis panels together. See panels at collection https://www.printables.com/@HighDesertHacker/collections/2757420

Attach to the M3 mounting holes on the back side of the panel. Back side mount results in a clean look. Using the separate corner mounts frees up Skadis slots for your accessories.

Optional M3 mount (middle hole) for mounting a standoff on the back side for separation from the wall. Allows the use of a single standoff to support 2 adjacent panel columns. Standoffs are placed on the upper and lower most panels and can be used on interior panels as well for rigidity.

There are 2 versions of these connectors. This 2 hole version is for end/edge panels, for joining two panels horizontally at the bottom of a column of panels. The 4 hole version connects 4 panels at a corner intersection.

Installation

Requires at least 6+ mm clearance on the back size of the panel for the bracket and screw.

Requires two M3 x 4-6.0 mm long embedment / threaded heat inserts. I use 5.7 mm long inserts. Recommend Ruthex inserts, Amazon ASIN B08BCRZZS3.

Install the threaded inserts. Make sure they are flush/below flush on the panel side of the connector (whichever side you choose). Middle hole is optional, for mounting a standoff. I mark the panel side of the connector with a sharpie.

If using a standoff, attach it to the back of the plate using the center hole. Refer to my standoffs at collection https://www.printables.com/@HighDesertHacker/collections/2757417

Place the connector into the back side of the panel and attach two M3 x 8+ mm long button head (or similar) screws and lock washers from the front side of the panel.

Print Recommendations - 25%+ infill, 4 wall loops. No supports needed.
