Collection of models for the KS4 sambar. Included in this:

Headlight mounts

These mounts cover the left and right turn signal and headlight area and mount a 5.75" round headlight. I used something similar to the following:
https://www.hidvisioncanada.ca/sealed-beam-led/5-75-round/5-3-4-h5001-h5006-45w-dot-high-low-beam-led-projector-headlight-black-with-amber-white-halo-1pc/

Note you'll need a relay setup to convert switched ground to switched positive (or the other way around, I forget. JDM to north america). You can also hook up the aux running lights and turn signal side markers to the ring LEDs for a all-in-one package.

Printing this is weird. I split it along the ring opening with a 45 degree plane and printed both halves at 45 degree angles with minimal support required. The ring (printed flat) then holds it together when screwed on (make sure to miss the bolt holes when splitting)

Use M4 bolts (JIS m4 16mm fit perfectly) to hold these together.

Nalgene dash mount

Cup holder that screws onto one of the aux dash clips - I used the one on the far passenger side.

Rear light mount

Mounts a rear light bar in place of the aux bed light. Most of the harbor freight/princess auto ones have an M8 mounting bolt, which works with this. You have to solder the cable to the tabs for the dome light.

Window cranks

These space the window cranks out far enough to mount full 6" speakers on the speaker mounts (also included). Use an M5 bolt and washer through to “Window crank ball” to connect them.

Speaker mount

NEEDS WINDOW CRANKS TO WORK (see above)

For fitting 6" speakers in the door - you can peel back and pull the door card lining over these for a neat look, or mount them over the door card.

Fog light mount

Mounts a princess auto AG light into the fog light slots (which I had to cut out). Unfortunately I've lost the box but I'm pretty sure it was this one that I designed for

Ammo can holder

These are yet untested (I'm still waiting for my parts from ReadyCutSend), but are made to hold a .30 cal ammo can on the bed rails, in front of the battery and spare tire. You need 4 of these (two of them need to be mirrored if your cutter also does the bending) cut from 0.048" cold rolled steel. I'm not sure if thicker will work (I designed for 1.2mm) but would be ideal to have thicker ones.

You need a strap printed out of TPU (I will design this when I get my steel parts) to strap the cans in. A bungee of the right size would likely work.

Spinner

This 3 part print uses an M4 bolt, a washer and a 608 bearing. Snaps into the hub cover spot on a NA miata rim, which a lot of people run on the sambar.

These don't really keep spinning when stopped. They need to be redesigned in a way that they can have added weight
