I have updated this design to include the proper positioning of the flexible plate (plastic strap that festoons the electrical cable & PTFE tube). See the updated model at https://www.printables.com/model/1460056-xl-cable-clip-click-remix-update
I measured the center distance on the XL Cable Clip Click between the electrical cable and the PTFE tube at 22.5 mm. The distance between the electrical cable and the PTFE tube nearest the Nextruder is 28mm. This causes a kink in the electrical cable and forces the PTFE tube off-center. This cable clip is 28mm, on center, between the electrical cable and the PTFE tube and puts the electrical cable and PTFE tube in the proper relationship (straight-up). You will need to print one cable clip for each Nextruder on your XL.
I printed this out of Prusament PETG at 100% infill.
