Model created in FreeCAD, based on manual measurement of some sheets i had lying around.
I tried being as parametric as possible, edit the “Page” sketch with your own dimensions.
Included 3MF targets 275x200mm pages with 11 rings, and contains Outer Wilds themed patterns sourced from:
