Each model was made using a different parametrization. Specifically, as a graph using cartesian coordinates, as a graph using polar coordinates, and in cylindrical coordinates.
The included photo is of some older models, but created using the same parametrizations. I recommend printing them “upside down”, then cutting a bit off the bottom so to have a flat base.
