This is a replacement lid for the Fellow Ode grinder catcher pot. The original one is terrible as it is wobbly, does not stay in place and does not catch a lot of volatile particles.
This replacement was designed to meet these goals :
- Wider mouth
- Higher mouth
- Leaving space for the knocker to function normally
- Fitting snuggly
This lid does a good job but for a perfect result here is my routine :
- Ross Droplet Technique (but with a sprayer) before grinding
- Cut power after grinding
- Touch with your fingers the black plastic spout the coffee falls out from (this removes static electricity)
- Use the knocker
