This bracket is designed to connect a hollow printed orb to the end of a staff, while hiding two AA batteries inside.
You will need a hollow cane with a minimum diameter of 20mm. Mine was metal with an internal opening whose diameter was 19.5mm. This can be scaled up but not down.

My moon is inside a dragon but your orb will have to attach to the cane head top directly.
Run LEDs up through the center hole into the orb. I was able to get the LEDs and battery compartment electrical components both from these lights:

Cane base should fit snugly. Adhesive on the inside should keep it from sliding off.
