The bracket uses two 6-32 captive nuts to screw the switch plate cover into.
Steps to install:
1. Wire up the rotary switch
2. Attach the rotary switch to the bracket using the nut on the rotary switch shaft
3. Screw the bracket into the switch box. Make sure you have it right way up
4. Screw the switch plate cover into the bracket
5. Stick the knob on
