Print settings (recommended)

  • Material: PETG or ASA (use PLA for prototypes).
  • Layer height: 0.12–0.16 mm for best strength and surface finish.
  • Infill: 25–40% (grid or gyroid).
  • Perimeters / Walls: 3 perimeters.
  • Top/Bottom layers: 6–8.
  • Print speed: 30–50 mm/s.

Usage

  • Slide the block into the magazine side hole so it presses the follower to the lowest position.
  • Load BBs into the clip while the spring is retained.
  • Remove the block before inserting the magazine into the pistol.

Safety and legal

  • For airsoft use only. Do not modify or use on real firearms.
  • Ensure the device does not damage the magazine, spring, or BBs during use.
  • Use common-sense safety practices when handling airsoft magazines and pistols.

Files and printing tips

  • Exported STL is scaled to fit stock Beretta M9 airsoft gas magazines without modification.
  • Verify dimensions against your magazine before final prints; airsoft parts have small tolerances.
  • If you want a tighter fit, scale the part by +1–2% on the critical axis and reprint a test.
