I took my old design for my wall mounted spool rack holder and decided to make it stronger. Dimensions from wall mounting surface to the closet rod are the same as my original and the cap is the same for both. I made the footprint of the mounting surface larger to better spread load and to create more of a triangle shape for better load capacity of the mount itself. Added decorative triangle supports to the center section. Closet rod used is 1.25", I left the mounting holes on the wall side small so they could be drilled out if needed.
