I bought a very broken cargo bike and the controller needed replacing and the original one was encased in selastic and the new one did not fit. I measured the original and made a fitting replacement.
The case is a very tight fit so consider printing 1-2% larger.
Since it's going outside print in PETG or something more resilient. Cover holes with silicone.
