I didn't design these with heat inserts because just a finger tighten on the screws is good enough.. Might have to run a tap through them.. One side of one block is countersunk to hold the tubing from flopping around… Just slide a piece of filament through, open the calipers all the way, lock it in with the screw and extrude 10mm or so to take the slack out and then zero the calipers and extrude the 100mm or whatever... No more eyeballing it! Peace!
