Use at your own risk with attention to the fact that FDM printed items may have health concerns. Filament choice and sanitation of the printed surface are both concerns to think about!
I printed in Bambu ASA at 0.16mm layers with default settings (other than Hilbert Curve top surface pattern). The first print was about 0.6mm too narrow. I don't want to change the model size because it is modeled accurately to an actual wide-mouth Nalgene bottle. In other words, the issue is with additive printing tolerances not the 3D model dimensions. So I set XY contour compensation to 0.35 mm and printed again. This number may have to be completely removed or adjusted very slightly to get a good fit for your own bottle. You can also use scale percentages instead of XY contour compensation.
The fit is very tight which will hopefully be good outdoors in cold temps. At room temperature I need a metal utensil to pop the sip guard out. The lid recently fit well and stayed put during two days in the mountains around 20°F.
THE FIT OF THIS PRINT WILL BE VERY DEPENDENT ON YOUR FILAMENT CHOICE, CALIBRATION, and SETTINGS. I can't test all the filaments on all the printers and who knows how consistent Nalgene bottles themselves are. When in doubt, measure your bottle then your first print and plan on a second print after adjustment.
