after finding diesel heater in a weatherproof case by kluiten i realized i had a couple rolls of prusament PCCF and made everything he had in PCCF instead of the suggested ABS. however the coupler that was recommended was an off the shelf item and I decided to create my own with the same material. I used the output clip again printed with PCCF for measurements and found that the inside diameters were 60mm and 70mm so I made the coupler with 59.9mm and 69.9mm outside diameters to ensure a fit that wouldn't bind and be a pain to put together. it is 70mm long to allow plenty of clamping surface for the heater hoses in my case and fits snuggly in the heater hose that came with my VEVOR 2kw heater I'm using for this project.
I do recommend using snug support settings for the outermost piece and the break away cleanly with a bit of force when using PCCF
