After much time, I'm proud to release my Mini 1/3rd Scale Allertor. This project is something I've been working on since the beginning of 2025, however I've been wanting to make one since 2023 when I first got my 3D printer. And I'm happy to now finally share the official release files for the siren!
(NOTICE):
This page is subject to change, be sure to check back for updates!
UPDATE - May 4th, 2026
Now featuring the VERY late directional 9/12 port assembly, which was factually featured on the Type 1 Allertor before the early Type 2 started production!
UPDATE - May 17th, 2026
So uh, I added the small underside gear for the rotator because somehow I completely overlooked that..
UPDATE - June 26th, 2026
Major update!!! Now I've released the bidirectional 9/12 and 10/12 assemblies! BEWARE I have not test printed either of these so if something doesn't work right let me know!
UPDATE - July 16th, 2026
Fixed the 9/12 bidirectional rotor weight cutouts to proper depth, both bidirectional stators are now 0.6mm gap to account for printer tolerancing and fitment errors, sanding may be required. Thanks to Josh for the initial testing of the 10/12 assembly.
UPDATE - July 17th, 2026
With more people wanting to print my Allertor, I am happy to now release the split intake and bowl files!
UPDATE - July 20th, 2026
Nothing major. Just fixed the Centari Spec bidrectional rotors to have the 8.1mm shaft since I forgot to adjust it in fusion. This doesn't mean you have to reprint the rotor if you already printed it. The coupler does all the major work anyway and it doesn't really matter because the shaft doesn't stick all the way through the rotor anyway
UPDATE - July 17th, 2026
Working on more fixes and stuff, I will no longer add change logs unless its a major update

I printed with Elegoo/Deeplee Black PETG and a few pieces in PLA (They can be printed in PETG just fine), the rotor is printed in gray 3DHoJor PLA+, but you can chose whatever color you like.
Some notes for printing and lifting the siren;
The top projector and bottom intake horn are thin parts, this is intentional to decrease the weight load the bowl may put on the rest of the core, while printing make sure to use a very low amount of part cooling so that you don't accidentally warp any parts of the horn.
When slicing parts in your slicer, some parts may need to be reoriented to print correctly such parts include the frame, 6006 holder, chain cover, access panel, etc. It is up to you to be able to know what the most suitable print orientation is until I make an update for all the parts to have their print orientation pre-set
When lifting the siren you can use things like a leash or lanyard to lift by the 3d printing lifting eye which is accessible only when the motor cover is removed, alternatively you can lift the siren by putting two hands below the stand and lift upward
Motor Sourcing Information:
This siren has a 6 inch (152.4mm) diameter rotor, and too spin it you will need a DE31-00029 motor, there are a few variants that are "29"s but they are the wrong kind, so here is a list of motors that are known compatible models and or SMV types to look for. Side note; "OS" is ribbed face and "SS" is flat face.
Model Types:
DE31-00029H
DE31-00029K
DE31-00029G
DE31-00029J
SMV Types:
U460B(OS)
U460B(SS)
460UAL-1(OS)
U460B "YDK" - QUICK NOTE: This is a special version of the 29 to have true tapped M4-.7 end bells, it is still however the same fit as a usual 29, however the 3d printed eyebolt may not properly fit this motor variant
