This AD5X recirculation duct and blower fan, A thank you to Jwidess for this design
This is designed to be printed with PETG because of chamber heat, you won't need abs or asa because the chamber heat won't get that high. PETG can handle 75c for long periods of time without significant deformation
You will need
5015 24v blower fan
m3x15 2off / m3xs20 1off
m3x15 2off screw these in genstly to creat a thread (these are to connect the duct to the blower housing)
It is important that you take the screws out that hold the wires so that they can go underneath the blower housing. Where the duct goes into, there is another screw that is holding another wire that will need to be taken off as well.
When you're fitting the complete duct and blower assembly, it is a tight fit at the duct end where the heppa/carbon filter is. Put the top in first, then push the bottom part in. It's tight, don't worry, it will go in.

When printing, use 3 wall, gyroid infill, SUPPORT ON BUILD PLATE ONLY, NO SUPPORTS IN DUCT CHANNELS (YOU WILL NEVER GET THEM OUT)
