Four Color Hexsticks - STC # 25-C
A 12 piece puzzle with all pieces tangent to a face of a rhombic dodecahedron.
There are 3 solutions to this puzzle (photographs included):
- No two like colored pieces are parallel to each other.
- All pieces parallel to each other are the same color.
- No two pieces parallel to each other are of like color, and no three like colored pieces form a star.
I also supplied a single STL containing all pieces to create a puzzle in a single color.
The pieces are 4" long and 1" diameter (to the flat faces). The OpenSCAD program has adjustable parameters for scale, piece length and diameter.
