NUBINI PIZZANINI (ROBLOX)

The Design

A character out of ROBLOX materialized by 3D printing. Its multi material, so make sure to (smart) paint the volumes as you like. 

Material

I used PLA, but use whatever you like.

Print settings

I applied the following settings for my print.

• Layer height: 0.10 to 0.15 to remain some detail in the face and pizza head
• Infill: 15%
• Model orientation
  • Face down
  • Pizza upside down
  • Leggs upside down
  • Torso, upside down
  • Pins, right up
• Perimeters: 2
• Support:  On build plate only
• Model import: Import the parts separatelly. Split each model in parts (to remain the positions)Ensure to (smart) paint the eyes and smile, the pizza parts.
  
• Printing: Consider to print the legs and torso seperatelly, to prevent material wasted to the purge tower.
• Assembly: Use some superglue to fix the parts

Note: Please consider other settings incase you think this helps you or the design in any way.

I began my 3D printing journey in 2023 — A deliberate step into a world that blends creativity with engineering. Drawn to the story and philosophy behind Prusa, I chose to start with one of their printers the MK4. As an engineer, I find this manufacturing method both fun and deeply educational. It challenges to think differently about how you (approach) design and builds: from individual parts to assemblies.
