I recently purchased a SodaStream to cut down on single-use cans, but ran into an issue with bottle storage. The SodaStream bottles are not a standard size, which has made it awkward to store in my cabinets, so I hopped on Printables and Makerworld to see what was available. To my surprise, I didn't find anything that I thought could be both functional AND good looking.

So what do we do when we can't find what we are looking for?

WE MAKE IT OURSELVES!

Designed from the ground up the boycabrera - Soda Stream Undermount Bottle Rack has been created to fit with any modern kitchen. It securely fastens to the bottom of any cabinet and all hardware is hidden from view to allow for a seamless integration into your current kitchen setup. The side patterned side pieces add an extra bit of flare, which will be sure to please people who enjoy tactile elements in their functional (yet aesthetically pleasing) prints. Additionally, the SodaStream Undermount Bottle Rack also looks like it is floating from certain angles, due to the inset at the top :)

Not only that, but it is also modular, meaning someone with a deeper/shallow cabinet can easily select the pieces that work for them and create a unique combination that will provide the best fit possible.

So how do the pieces go together? Well, this design uses snap connectors which provide a snug and secure fit. These snap connectors (in combination with the undermount hardware) will provide the rigidity required to securely keep the rails in line and the bottles from falling.

Print Suggestions:

Layer Height: 0.16 (this will allow for the best definition of the design on the side pieces)
Walls: 2-3
Infill: 10% (I personally like to use Honeycomb, but do what you feel most comfortable with)
Supports: Yes (add Tree supports to the two round screw holes)
Skirt/Brim: Nope

I look forward to seeing how your prints turn out!
