Tempestus Scions Helmet and Masks

This is a digital 3D printable model of the Tempestus Scion - Imperial Guard helmet and Masks.

📦 Included Files

• STL (cut for 200mm printer beds)

• STL (uncut for larger printers)

• Assembled OBJ file (for easy scaling)

All cut parts are placed on the print bed just as we would print them, saving you time.
 

The helmet includes:
- three skull sigil options
- and four mask variants

The spike is optional. If you'd like to add it, simply drill or melt through the thin layer covering the hexagonal slot in the helmet.

🖨 Printer Settings

• Layer height: 0.15 mm

• Infill: 10% gyroid pattern

• Supports: 30° organic

For taller parts, use a brim for better bed adhesion

Settings may vary depending on your printer, so treat these as a starting point.

🛠 Assembly
Glue the parts together. Hex-pegs for easy alignment are included. For stronger joints, melt the seams with a soldering tool. Use 16 magnets with a diameter of 8 mm in the face plate and goggles for easy attachment and removal.
