Centauri Carbon printready Spare Cowling

In case of a blob or other incidents where the cowling might get damaged or destroyed with these prints here you can have a spare at hand. All 4 individual pieces are interchangeable with the stock parts. So you can use them individual or together. The target for this print only was to have Parts that are optimized for 3d printing.

Notes

• Parts are already pre-oriented correctly for printing with minimal effort
• Support required for
  • Middle Cowling - Technically support free but for piece of mind some support may be helpful - see images for suggested support Placement. Brim absolutely recommend with the little surface area on the bed
  • Front Cowling Insert - Autosupport will do the trick, orientation is to have better fit with the other pieces and in return sacrafice visual quality - where you wont see it in the end
  • Front and Back Cowling are support free
• Front and middle cowling have 2 variants
  • middle cowling i highly recommend to use the less stock looking one as it cleans up the airflow for the hotendfan alot
• middle cowling changes from stock
  • slightly large hole on the left allows un-/loading filament manually possible
  • Hole on the upper right to be able to adjust filament tension on the fly
