The safety latch on the lid of my Hamilton Beach 12 cup 70725a model food processor broke. I designed and printed a new one out of PETG (given the heat from the dishwasher it seemed appropriate vs. PLA). Make sure you dry fit everything and test the action a bunch of times before you close everything up. I've included the FreeCAD file if you want/need to make modifications. I had to lightly sand my part to get really smooth action on the post which goes into the spring and also on the sides of the swing arm where it goes between the uprights. Good luck!
