one of my family members asked me, if i could print some new arrow heads for his daugther.
she is learning to shoot with bows and the original soft heads are breaking over the time.

so i measured one of them and printed the new ones in TPU with a shore hardness of 90A.

I printed the arrow heads on my Bambu Lab P1S with the following settings:

Material: TPU from Bambu Lab in White (90A)
Nozzle-Temp: 225°C
Bed-Temp: 35°C (Bambu Lab Textured PEI)
Support: Yes (tree)
Nozzle: 0,4mm
Layer Height: 0,2mm (adaptive)
Infill: 20% (aligned rectilinear)
Wall Loops: 2 (bottom and top part), 5 (middle part)
Wall Generator: Arachne
Bottom and Top Shell Layers: 4
Initial Layer Speed: 50mm/s
Outer Wall Speed: 100mm/s
Inner Wall Speed: 150mm/s
Infill Speed: 150mm/s
Travel Speed: 500mm/s
Fan Speed: 30%
Brim: Yes (2.5mm)

when you use the simple model (depending on your print settings) it could happen that the middle part of the arrow heads will easily break or their tips are to sturdy.

thats why i uploaded another print file, which is a project exported from bambu studio.
there i have splitted the arrow heads into 3 parts to use different print settings for them.

the middle part i have printed e.g. with 5 wall loops to minimize the risk of breaking and make this area stronger.
for the upper part i left it at 2 wall loops to make it not too solid and keep some flexibility of the softer TPU material.
i only used 3 very small lines in the inside (aligned rectilinear) to give it a little bit of shape retention.
