This is a divider plate for 35 mm DIN rail terminal blocks or accessories.

It is a simple design which I thought should be existant in the WAGO catalogue or similar manufacturers, but couldn't find. So I created it myself.

It can be used to create sections between larger rows of terminals such as TOPJOB S, and others, e.g. to group terminals by room or function.

Using end stops for this, such as the Wago 249-116 (6 mm) often takes up a lot of space on the rail, but this divider plate is only 1 mm thick.

Height approx. 95 mm, depth (from front edge of DIN rail) 45 mm, material thickness 1 mm

The divider plate can theoretically be printed from any material. However, when used in distribution panels or similar, local regulations must be observed, which often stipulate that the materials used must be able to withstand the environmental conditions.
This means that PLA may be OK in a panel for home supply in the basement, as it does not significantly exceed 20-25°C in most installation locations.
However, in a machine control cabinet, for example, it could get significantly warmer, and a more temperature-resistant material such as ABS or ASA would be more suitable.

Please also follow your local laws and regulations in this regard.

Note: These are also not end plates for covering the open side, as found on many rail-mounted stackable terminals, so you will still need to use the appropriate products for this purpose.
