Reuse the existing PCB from an official SEGA Rumble Pack along with a smaller vibration motor and a 14 ohm resistor.
I've included a LowDetail model that is better suited to FDM printers and a Detail model that prints great with SLA printers.
With FMD print with flat side down to the bed.
With SLA print vertically with one corner facing the bed. Use a lot of support to prevent warping.
