This wheel is one piece and easy to print. It is fixed in place with 3 M3x8 SHCS screws and 3 m3 nuts.

The wheel can be printed with any material and the tire must be printed in TPU or other flexibel filament. I used TPU 95A.
0.2 layers and 20% infill is more than enough for the wheel. The tire is best printed with a random seam and "Avoid crossing walls" in slicer settings to avoid stringing of the TPU.
Edit: tighter fit on the shaft and made clearance for the n20 cable
Edit2: I have all 4 spoolers tested with this Wheel. The wheel fitment feels much more solid than the original and the grip on the filament spools are great.
