Replacement knobs for the Metabo TK 1685 and TK1688 table saws. The knobs are close to the originals in size and looks. They take m6 bolts or nuts. They probably also fit other Metabo tools from the same era.
There are three options. A larger knob and a small know in two versions. One version with an included spacer and one without as the original.
Update: I've added a small knobs for m4 and m5 bolts.
The pictures show the originals in the back and the printed ones in the front.
I printed them with a modified 0.2mm structural profile on the Prusa core one. Modifications were: 5 bottom layers, 3 Perimeters, 40% infill, and ironing for a smooth finish.
I printed them in PETG, but most material should be fine.
The two knobs with built in spacers have to be printed upside down with support. the small knob without spacer can be printed in normal orientation and doesn't need support.
The fit is quite tight. It's best to make a test print and test the fit before printing several knobs.
