Decorating your snowman like a pre-industrial child is tired. Coal? Buttons? Corn cobs? Yeah, I thought so.
I designed these to look like someone scribbled a face on a snow-person using a marker. I drew the SVG by hand, imported it to OpenSCAD, and added the fixation posts to the back at a slight angle so they help the pieces stay in place when the snow starts to melt. I went through a few iterations for the post design, but the uploaded version works pretty well.
When I sliced, I scaled up the whole print by 160% (all axes) and that gave a pretty good size. It should scale up or down depending on your creation size.
I printed in PETG to be more UV/sun resistant over time. 0.2mm with FAST or QUALITY settings both seemed to work well.
