This is an easily removeable purge box with a side mounted handle. Designed for use in tight spaces, and to avoid the issue with purge chute clogs.

Standoffs on the box keep it clear of fans and airflow in the back, while the large handle and mounting notch make removal and replacement a breeze. The box is angled to catch wayward filament poops before they disappear forever.

Highly recommend printing in PETG or something stronger/more heat resistant.

To install, simply unscrew the self-tapping screws on either side of the purge chute, then screw in the bracket using those same screws. The box simply sits on the notch in the bracket, allowing for easy removal to the side or top. The box design is reversable if you want to pull from the other side, just mirror the model in your slicer.

Included in this release is a new bracket for Bambu P and X series printers. Tested with an X2D, but to my understanding all of these printers use the same purge chute screw layout. The bracket design allows clearance for the external filtration box on the X2D.

The box and bracket were originally designed for the K2 series. The original bracket should work for both the K2 and K2 pro. There is an additional bracket model for the K2 plus.

The beauty of this box design is that it is platform-agnostic! If you have another printer (flashforge, elegoo, etc.) you would like to use this box design with, let me know! I would be happy to design a bracket to hang this box on! I'll just need some dimensions for the chute and screws.

V2: I made a small edit to the height of the purge bracket, and also added a spot for 6x3mm magnets to help hold the bracket onto the printer

V3: modified the handle and offsets for easier and cleaner printing
