Brimhart Table - Modular System Accessory Trays

I recently became the proud owner of the Brimhart game table (available on Amazon – highly recommended!). The included accessories are solid, but as a 3D printing enthusiast, I immediately saw endless potential for custom upgrades.

This modular slot system lets you attach accessories either flush with the tabletop or raised above it. It’s designed to fit perfectly into the Brimhart’s existing side rails and gives you a rock-solid mounting point for cup holders, dice trays, phone stands, card holders – whatever you can dream up.

Here are the settings that I utilized to have the best outcome for sliding the tray into the accessory connector:

Material: PLA
Layer Height: 0.2mm
Nozzle: 0.4mm
Perimeters: 2
Fill Pattern: Cubic
Fill Density: 15%
 

Please note: The PLA brand, color, and type can impact the tolerances. So you may find some are tighter than others.

You can also resize the Z height so you don't need to print the entire tray. I think splitting it into two smaller trays at 25% to 33% the original Z height works well, and it saves time and material. See examples in pictures.
