For the Cooler Master MasterFrame 600, I designed a custom circular-pattern side panel optimized for both aesthetics and airflow.
The panel consists of a base plate onto which individual struts are securely mounted. Each strut is independently screwed in place, allowing for easy assembly, customization, and maintenance.
To cover the entire side of the MasterFrame 600, the base plate and all corresponding struts need to be printed four times. The base plates can be attached directly to the MasterFrame 600 using heat-set inserts, while each strut is neatly fastened with M3 screws and nuts, fully hidden for a clean and seamless look.
Thanks to the spacing between the base plate and the decorative struts, the design maintains excellent cooling performance while adding a unique, eye-catching circular motif to the build. This combination of functionality and visual appeal makes the panel an ideal upgrade for anyone who wants to give their MasterFrame 600 a distinctive 3D-printed touch.
