OpenPrintTag Reusability Ring (Aurapol/Spectrum) – New spool type added

UPDATE: New Aurapol/Spectrum Spool Design Supported!

This 3D-printed ring functions as a removable platform for NFC tag stickers used in filament spool tracking and management systems. Easy transfer to a new spool thanks to the slot for any flat object.

The ring is positioned beneath the NFC tag label on the spool. This configuration enables the safe transfer of the tag from an empty spool to a new one, preventing damage to the adhesive tag during removal.

This accessory is intended for users utilizing digital filament inventory systems, such as the OpenPrintTag.org platform, to ensure the reusability of NFC tags.

Specifications and Use:

• Print settings: No supports! 2 perimeters 10% infill
• Purpose: Facilitates non-destructive transfer of NFC tags between spools. 
• Compatibility: Designed to fit under standard NFC label sizes. Confirmed fit for 1 kg spools from Czech manufacturer Aurapol. It is compatible with Alpaplastic's RS 200 KD type spools.

Support: Developed for the OpenPrintTag.org open-source initiative. 

PS: And yes, it's on the right side of the spool so your printer can read it too after an upgrade 😉

🛠 Model Design Change

The new spool type does not allow the ring to be flush-mounted. Consequently, the ring recess has been removed from this model version.

While this means the platform is no longer flush with the spool, the good news is that the NFC sticker is now fully backed and supported across its entire surface.

💾 New Files

• New File: NEW_spool nfc tag holder v5 if you have the newest Aurapol spools.
• Original File: The original ring remains available for users with the older-style Aurapol spools.

UPDATE: Doplněn kroužek k upravené cívce Aurapolu!

3D tištěný kroužek, který slouží jako odnímatelná platforma pro NFC tagy (nálepky) používané pro sledování a správu filamentových cívek.

Kroužek je umístěn pod nálepkou NFC tagu na cívce. Tato konstrukce umožňuje bezpečný přenos tagu z prázdné cívky na novou, čímž zabraňuje poškození nálepky při jejím odstranění.

Tento doplněk je určen pro uživatele digitálních systémů správy filamentů, jako je platforma OpenPrintTag.org, s cílem zajistit opakovatelnou použitelnost NFC tagů.

Specifikace a použití:

• Tisk: Bez podpor 2 perimetry 10% výplň
• Účel: Umožňuje nedestruktivní přenos NFC tagů mezi cívkami.
• Kompatibilita: Navrženo pro umístění pod standardní rozměry NFC nálepek. Potvrzená kompatibilita s 1 kg cívkami českého výrobce Aurapol a obecně na špulky typ RS 200 KD.
