Plank, comb for Festool Domino 500 for repeating milling without marking.
I tried to find such a device on the Internet, and did not find it. Therefore, I developed my own model that I really like.
There are two models with an interval of 32 and 50 mm.
They can be mounted on any T-track with a thickness of 20 mm. I use PARETTOL guides, but you can use any machine profile 20x20, 20x40, 20x60...
The router reliably rests on 3 points on the plank, and this provides reliable positioning of the router.
The distance from the t-track to the milling axis when installing the router base is 20 mm - 130мм. I added this to the surface of the part.
I adjusted the dimensions of the models themselves in such a way that after shrinkage I would get accurate positioning. PETG These parts can be printed with any plastic, but you may need to adjust the model scale to get the accuracy for your 3D printer
You will also need two bolts with a conical head (but others are possible) m6 x 20 mm and nuts for the t-track.
