To the select subset of humans who:

  1. Own a 3d printer
  2. have a 6 inch or wider vice
  3. Don't own a conduit bender (or can't master offset bends)
  4. Need a few to a moderate amount of offset bends in ½ inch conduit

I present to you, a 3d printable set of dies to be used with a vice to press offset bends into conduit!  There is only one file, but you will need two of them printed.  They are symmetrical and will nest into themselves, There are marks on the locating tabs that indicate in 1/8 of an inch increments how much offset is pressed into the conduit. At the 5/8ths mark the dies have bottomed out and you will have about 9/16ths of an inch offset in your conduit. The conduit doesn't have to be flush with the end of the die, you can slide it in ¾ of an inch to get the offset closer to the end of your tube, might even be able to get away with using a 4 inch vise if everything is centered well.  I printed mine at .016 layer height just to get the measurement marks to show up a little better, .02 would work just fine.  I also printed it with 7 perimeters and 75% infill but having used it that was majorly overkill!

.IGS has been included for the even smaller subset of humans who want to tinker with the design.  Hope this helps someone out there!
