Hello,
for my SFF mini-computer project, I designed a custom case for the Alphacool DC-LT 2600 water pump to fit my custom build. The flow is, in my opinion, already quite good, but could probably still be improved a bit. The threads are 3D-printed and were re-tapped before the resin fully cured to ensure a better fit. To prevent any leaks, I also applied a small amount of automotive silicone sealant, just to be safe.
