The hookpart prints flat on the printbed which makes it quite stable as a hook.
Glue the dovetail baseplate onto the tile using silicon or comparable glue. Align the plate well vertical and let it cure sufficiently (for silicon at least 24 hours).
Assemble the hook into the cap and slide it onto the baseplate.
