This is my first-ever 3D remix of the original modular Raspberry Pi rack, redesigned to support the Raspberry Pi 5, the official USB-C power cable.
🔧 What’s changed/improved:
Enlarged USB-C opening to fit the thicker official Pi 5 power cable
Rear power-routing cut-out so the USB-C cable can route cleanly out the back
Updated interior geometry for Raspberry Pi 5 component layout
Fully compatible with the original modular stacking system
⚠ Current limitation:
Because of the Pi 5’s top-mounted accessories, any large top-side add-ons (e.g., the Raspberry Pi M.2 HAT) cannot slide in from the front. This wasn’t required for my project, so I did not redesign the enclosure for front-insertion of thick hats.
The plastic spring clips on the Active Cooler may sit close to the base. Additional clearance is recommended in future versions to avoid the clips resting on the base.
