Description:
This mounting system allows you to securely fasten either deep-well or shallow-well 96-well plates to a shaker incubator when using a Universal Tray. The design consists of a base plate plus an optional lid:
Deep-well plates: use the base and the lid for a clamped, secure hold during high-speed shaking.
Shallow-well plates: only the base is needed (as shown in photos); the plate snaps into place and remains stable without the lid.
Both the base and lid include multiple screw holes for broad compatibility, but only four screws per part are required for proper mounting. The result is a rigid, low-profile attachment that prevents rattling, plate lift-off, or lateral movement even at high RPMs.
Hardware Required:
For the mount itself:
At least 4× M4 × 50 mm screws
At least 4× M4 nuts
For attaching to the shaker tray:
Check your tray’s thread type — most use either #10-32 or #10-24 machine screws
Recommended screw length: ~20 mm
