This adjustable speaker mount is designed for light to medium satellite speakers and consists of four separate flat-printable parts to maximize strength along the print layers. The joints are connected using pins with 0.2 mm tolerance, ensuring a clean fit while still allowing easy assembly.
Important printing note:
The marked area in the model should be printed with 100% infill, as this section takes the highest load. In Cura, this can be done easily with an infill modifier.
I Printed with 2 walls, 3 top and bottom, 20% Infill
Assembly
Print as many Pins as the Name of each Pin indicates.
Glue in the Pins and connect both halfs together. Wait.
Insert an M5 nut into the wall-mount part.
For my Canton Plus GX.3 speakers, I added a small filler piece to close an internal cavity (optional).
Mount one part to the speaker and the other to the wall.
Connect both parts using an M5x40 bolt.
Adjust the joint to your preferred angle and tighten it in place.
This mount offers a stable and adjustable solution for positioning satellite speakers, while being fully optimized for FDM printing.
