I couldn't find a fitting frame for the Cat Mate Elite Microchip Cat Flap which would cover the cut-out we have from the old cat-flap. The frame for the 360W does not fit either, so I designed a new one from scratch.
It works and we use it - but it could be made an even tighter fit with a little tuning.
Added the STL and the FreeCad file if someone wants to tinker.
Printed with PETG and 15% infill, used a brim and organic support on my Prusa Core One.
