This case is designed for the Heltec LoRa V4 boards and uses M2×10 screws for assembly. The “Standard” model works well for small batteries or USB-powered setups. The “Battery Extended” version moves the keychain loop outward to create extra internal space for larger batteries. Both versions also accommodate the “soldered” boards with pre-soldered GPIO pins.

Total compartment depth: 12.56 mm
Clearance under the board support: ~9.30 mm
Fits: thin flat LiPo pouch cells up to ~9 mm thick (e.g. 803040 or 803450 pouches, roughly 1000–1800 mAh)
Extended Case
Total compartment depth: 18.56 mm
Clearance under the board support: ~15.30 mm
Fits: thicker flat LiPo pouch cells up to ~15 mm thick (e.g. 103450, 103465, or 123465 pouches, roughly 2000–3000+ mAh)
A note on battery type:
Both versions have a PCB support shelf that sits half way through the case and steps down 3.26 mm. That shelf is why cylindrical 18650 batteries won't fit in either case. Flat LiPo batteries should fit without issue.
UPDATE 12/2/25:
Adjusted the sizing on the "Battery Extended" models to accommodate larger batteries. Also added the Meshtastic logo to the cases.
