ATTENTION!

Before reporting this design again as copy of someone else because this looks similar please try to make your own version that doesn't look similar. You can't change the mounting points, filament path or nozzle height if you want to keep the part functional and there is very limited space so you can't make much there. I sent printables my design files and after reviewing them they restored this model so please don't waste their or my time for reporting.

ATTENTION END!

<edit>

Someone had problems with bed leveling probably because my adapter puts the nozzle tip little bit higher than the original nozzle. I made new TOP-file that lowers the nozzle 0,5mm. This has not been tested until someone tests it.

</edit>

I made TOP part from Sunlu PA12-CF. 0,4mm nozzle, 0,2mm layer height, 2 walls and 100% infill. I used support only in that one area. M3 L3 OD4,2 thread inserts installed as in pictures, 2 from back and one from front. Then I used thread tap to continue the thread to plastic. Then I drilled the mounting holes with 3mm bit, filament hole with 2,2mm and made better chamfer on top of that hole.

BACK part is milled from 2mm thick aluminium (3mm in pictures but it was little too thick). Tapped M3 threads where the heater assembly stone gets screwed. Some brass or other materials might be better for less thermal conductivity but aluminium is what I have.

I was also worried about the stone getting too close to hotend fan cables so I took 1,5mm out of it thickness at bottom and put some old school thermal insulation there with kaption tape.

I printed fan shroud from ASA-CF with tree support.

I used 3x6mm counter sunk screws to install BACK to TOP and 3x6mm flat screws to install the stone to the BACK. You need 3x7mm for that if you use the white zirconia stone.

I think the nozzle is now about 1mm higher than the original but it is working fine and I'm lazy so it is what it is. Feel free to modify if you want. I also made minor changes to the TOP so the current model is not 100% tested but I think it is good.
