I made a esp32cam case, with a usb-c socket. Also equipped with a stand that i can thread the power cable through.
the back pushes on the perimeter heatsink/shroud of the cpu with a hole for ventilation. I find my esp32 cameras run hot as they stream 24/7. The hole hopefully ventilates the heat.
