I came across this sad Henry Kloss Tivoli Model One at a church sale, and had to give it a new home.
The electronics were ok, some typical scratchiness in the tuner, but it sounds great once tuned in and can always take an aux input.
The case was in rough shape, and it was missing the speaker grill. This replacement grill is pretty straightforward, no curving exterior. Of the stls here, Version 2 is a bit wide and covers the silkscreened word "off" just a little bit.
It's just a press-fit into the space for it; take note of the small key at the bottom. A little light glue would serve to keep it secure, but may not be needed.

This model depends on the trick I learned at https://youtu.be/QA9FYkkQQ4g?si=bTJtxkO7oULUB-Cu which uses your slicer's layer and infill controls to create the lattice. Settings I used for these were
version 1: top and bottom layers=0, Vertical shells=4 perimeters, 30% honeycomb infill
version 2: top and bottom layers=0, Vertical shells=9 perimeters, 20% honeycomb infill
version 3: top and bottom layers=0, Vertical shells=4 perimeters, 30% honeycomb infill
version 4: top and bottom layers=0, Vertical shells=4 perimeters, 25% honeycomb infill
Play around with whatever infill pattern and density you like.
One day I may learn how to do this in FreeCAD without the trickery.
