New mount is larger, stronger and supports Gates heavy duty 9mm idler pulley and improved bearing size. Original mount was designed to hold a smaller 6mm pulley which smashes down the belt teeth, wearing out the belt and the pulley faster.
I printed with polycarbonate, shown red in the image. ASA is perfectly suitable for this item.
You will need a 4.5mm aluminum spacer with an ID of 3mm.
