I recently upgraded the bike of my kid from a WOOM 3 to a WOOM 4.
And yes - they are costly (but with very decent resale vale) and have a tendency to disappear, so enough reasons to hide an Apple AirTag.
Unfortunately the saddle did not provide the screw mount option that I had on the WOOM 3. So I had to build one myself.
What a nice little project to use my 3D scanner to make the holder fit exactly the right curvature of the underside of the saddle:

And yes - I could certainly measure the curvature by hand and rebuild it in Fusion. But when you've got a hammer everything looks like a nail...
So the curvature came out quite nicely:

To install the print (I used PLA out of laziness) I used three 2.6mm self tapping screws to mount the holder. In order to avoid any kind of rattling noise I added a thin slice of foam to add a tiny little bit of pressure to the AirTag.
The plastic of the saddle was soft enough for the self tapping screws to grip easily - I did not need to pre-drill any holes.

A note about printing: You want to place the top side of the holder on the printbed first, then turn it by 180 degrees and raise it a little so that the supports are created on the underside of the holder and the top side is nice and flat:
