When cold weather, i have water dripping from the window vent. To mitigate that solution is to have foam inside the vent, to insulate the bottom part.
I made 2 version, both needed to add foam to get insulation feature, i use leftover of compressive foam 15mm wide and 5-14mm height.
First and the one i use is the extension that i put on top of the original to keep the auto adjustment flow that been made by a small flexible sheet inside the original vent.
The second is a one bloc version replacement, but missing the flexible sheet that limit high pressure wind so i ended up not using it, the pin that suppose maintain the sheet are not modeled.
Print on ASA, with skirt and organic support, since it is kinda long piece beware of warping.
