This felt silly, because these lamp-holders are so cheap, but I didn't want to purchase 8 of them, and thought others may benefit from the design work as well.

Photos show the first iteration. Actual model includes the tabs which keep the internal bits from spinning w/ the bulb.
It's a shade longer than the original, and changed the shape a bit for printability.
Threads are suited for my application, but I'll include the .step and .sldprt so that you can adapt file for smooth bore & set screws if needed.
