Custom Handle Scales for an Overland X knife (designed by TJ Schwarz).
Knife still fits snug in TJ Schwarz' kydex sheath.
I wanted to make my own scales for this cool knife I bought recently, no complains about the original green micarta scales, but I wanted to see them in black. I traces around the original scales to get an outline and then iterated until everything fit relatively well. Printed in PLA-CF in the end with ironed finish.
